In blending the Lot 23, Perdomo took an approach similar to a wine-maker, using tobacco grown on the same plot of land in the same crop for the binders and fillers. After an extensive aging period, they're ready to be rolled and paired with a variety of wrappers. The Connecticut wrapper adds a light creaminess and a touch of elegance to the earthy foundation of the fillers.
