When you order from Holt's, you receive a 100% Guarantee of Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchase, simply return it for a full refund, credit or replacement (see returns below for terms).
Please note: All orders including Overnight deliveries must be placed before 3PM EST to process and ship the same day. ALL orders placed after 3PM on Friday through 3PM Monday will go out Monday.
We only ship Monday - Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included in delivery time. Saturday delivery is available for $50.00 if the order is placed on Friday before 3PM.

Non-Tobacco Products: If you are not 100% satisfied with any non-tobacco product that you purchased from Holt's you may return it in original condition within 30 days of purchase for full credit or refund.
Cigars: If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from Holt's after you have tried one (1) you may return them within 30 days for full credit or full refund. If you try more than one (1) cigar and you decide that they are not to your liking and return them, you will receive credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. Returns accepted only with original Cellophane Wrapper intact.
Free Promotional Items: All defective free/promotional items must be returned by customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received by Holt's.
Directions for Returns: Please call our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 3 days of receipt of your order to expedite the return(s). When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within the prescribed time(s) above. We will pay for return shipping if your package was damaged or it was our error when it reached you.
