Discovered Holt's after watching their YouTube videos. I've only been enjoying cigars for a little over a year, but I love the community, history, and diversity of the blends. Holts' videos have been a huge educational opportunity for me as a newbie. When I followed the link to their website, I was amazed at the vast selection, informative descriptions, and tasting notes outlined for each and every cigar. I joined the Cigar of the Month Club and absolutely love the variety and wealth of information that comes with the monthly cigar selection. What a great way to try new blends and brands that I haven't tried before or that aren't available at my local shops. Great customer service, quick delivery, and fresh, flavorful sticks every time!

And found the very first cigar retailer I investigated, after snooping around at many others, is the one I chose. The videos are funny, entertaining, informative, and right on in representing the Holt's brand. The selection is almost overwhelming, but the well-organized website is a big help. The daily promotional emails can be a bit much, however topical. This was my first Cigar of the Month membership delivery – couldn't be happier with the excellent selection. I'm a FAN!

Any company can sell a product by boxing it, labeling it, and shipping it. The true test of a good company is how they respond when something goes wrong. I had an issue with an order and, on my next order, explained it in the "How are we doing?" box, expecting a form letter response and perhaps a discount. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Jackie in customer service. She addressed my issue promptly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. It's nice to do business with people who care about their customers. I initially chose Holt's because of their competitive prices, but I happily stay with them because of their integrity and competitive prices.
