I'm relatively new (less than a year) to cigars, and Holt's was my very first online purchase. They remain my go-to retailer. I've ordered from various retailers since, but always return to Holt's. I look forward to their promotional emails and monthly mailings, especially my Cigar of the Month subscription. Shipping is always speedy and well-packaged. I've even received calls from customer service to ensure seamless delivery, which always feels like I spoke with a close friend or family member. It doesn't get any better than that.
