Very helpful, took full ownership of the situation, and resolved it quickly. First order from this company was an amazing experience! I’ve already put in another order. The prices are great, and there’s great information on cigars. It was a must to join Cigar of the Month Club! The YouTube channel is great, Mazz and Faccia are very good with cigars and pairings.

Been using Holts for over 20 years. I've always had awesome service, and cigars are always delivered perfectly. You would think after using them for so long, there would have been some type of problem, but I've never had one. Definitely a company you can trust.
