If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase, simply return it for a full refund, credit or replacement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from Holt’s after you have tried one (1) cigar, you may return them within 30 days for full credit or full refund. If you try more than one (1) cigar and decide that they are not to your liking, you may return them and will receive credit or a refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus the shipping costs. Returns are accepted only with original cellophane wrapper intact.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any non-tobacco product that you purchase from Holt’s, you may return it in original condition within 30 days of purchase for full credit or refund.
Free Promotional Items
All defective free/promotional items must be returned by customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued upon receipt of merchandise by Holt’s.
Directions for Returns
Please call our Customer Service Department at
1-800-523-1641 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 3 days of receipt of your order to expedite the return(s). When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it INSURED within the prescribed time(s) above. We will pay for return shipping if your package was damaged, or if the error was on our behalf when it reached you. All free/promotional items included with purchase MUST accompany returned merchandise.
