I have had an excellent experience with Holt’s and their Cigar of the Month Club. Customer Service was incredibly helpful when USPS mistakenly delivered my package to the wrong address. They quickly investigated the issue, provided consistent updates, and followed up to ensure everything was resolved. I was also impressed by how quickly I was able to reach customer service. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping me. Thanks to their prompt assistance, I received my cigars the very next day.
