I ordered on a Thursday, shipped Friday morning, and except for the holiday, I would have gotten them on Monday. And that was free shipping! Most others, take almost a week.
Top-notch customer service.
UPS delivered my order to the wrong address initially, I contacted both UPS and Holt's, UPS opened an investigation to determine what happened and Holt's called me back and had a replacement order ready to go in case the cigars weren't recovered. The mistake wasn't Holt's fault but they were prepared to make it right. Happily the order was found and I received it in good condition the next day. Holt's willingness to make it right earned my repeat business. You don't find customer service like that much anymore.

I am fairly new to Holt's. I have ordered from this company 2 or 3 times now and I am amazed at the prices, shipping costs, freshness and how fast I receive my order compared to other companies. My order came fresh and ready to smoke. I have had to put orders from other companies at the bottom of my humidor for weeks before I could enjoy them and some came broken in shipment also. That's when I started looking for another company and found Holt's.
