Beginner. Just placed my first order. I actually screwed up on the order and they couldn't verify my age. They sent me an email, I called in. Had an enjoyable 2 minute conversation and corrected the shipping info / age verification. Quick delivery all the way to Texas. Could not be more satisfied!!!

I have ordered from Holt's several times now and every time has been top notch, although I would love to visit at one of their stores. I really don’t have a decent cigar shop in my area. I have to travel an hour to be in a good cigar shop my only option is ordering online and Holt's is my go to!
