I have been buying cigars from Holt’s for almost a year, and it is the best decision I have ever made. The quality of the cigars is consistently excellent; the last box I purchased, Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial, is the best cigar I have smoked recently. I originally discovered this cigar in a sample pack from Holt’s. The order arrived safely and was packaged very well. I highly recommend shopping with Holt's!

The Cigar of the Month Club is easily one of the best I have ever joined, and their phone staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience despite initially receiving the incorrect cigars. After I called to notify them of the error, Holt's immediately took responsibility and sent out the correct items via UPS, even though I had originally selected USPS shipping. They also provided a return label for the incorrect items. Holt's turned a frustrating situation into a fantastic experience through excellent customer service. Thank you!
