I have been following Holt's for a while on YouTube and gained very good knowledge about cigars and has helped me as a beginner. Customer Service really cares which is rare. Mr. Mazzola and customer service has it right. I love my cigar pics. You absolutely have me as a future customer. Treat your customers like they do and I assure you the sky is the limit.

No Equal!
I have visited many cigar stores located in the 48 contiguous states. I judge every store by the treatment I receive from Holt's. Many of those stores were welcoming and helpful. None of them met nor equaled the helpfulness of the staff at Holt's, and none of them stocked the quality and quantity of Holt's.
