2. "Like it!"

   Another cigar I got in a monthly sampler and really like. A decent medium strength, straight burning, simple smoke. Sometimes I want a cigar without complexity or really thinking about it, just to chomp on and smoke after work. I bought a box for this reason, and with the sale price we see on Cains sometimes, I’ll probably buy them again.

3. "Excellent Cigar!"

   BUT, don't take it straight from the box, when you want to smoke it. The ones I got were a way too dry, therefore, the 1st one I smoked was kind of tasteless. So, I put the next bunch into my humidor, at 72% RH. The next one was perfect! Fully flavored, and it burned evenly. Solid construction. Like an Oliva cigar, but without the typical Oliva taste, which I am fed up with once in a while. Of moderate strength, which you would expect when you got a Connecticut wrapped cigar. Delivery was prompt, the price is a real Holt's price, i.e. you get a lot of value for your money.

   My current everyday smoke. Great construction, nice tight ash, and very consistent.

6. "Pleasant and Enjoyable Cigar"

   Good cigar with terrific construction and a slow, even burn but not very complex. The flavor notes were most enjoyable. I am a big fan of Nicaraguan cigars and now becoming a fan of Cain cigars.

7. "Smooth & Mild"

   These are well made cigars. I’m about halfway through my first box of these and only one had a slightly uneven burn, the rest have been perfect with a good draw. This is a good pick for a cigar on the milder side.

10. "What a buildup of flavor!"

    The Cain Connecticut CT was part of my Cigar of the Month membership. This is a great cigar for those who are beginner cigar smokers. It has the mild, and gradual buildup of flavor of a Connecticut wrapper, which builds to a more flavorful and complex, but rounded medium tobacco taste flavor and complexity. I smoked mine in haste, with rain and storm coming in, but it held a good ash, consistent taste, no bite or bitterness. This is a cigar worth many more samples for review!
